Monday, April 6th - Fintastic Fish

What is a fish? How do they live and breathe underwater and what makes them so slimy? Join us as we discover the answers to these questions, make some fun “fish” slime, and a take-home craft featuring colorful, sparkly fish scales!

Tuesday, April 7th - Into The Deep

We are diving into the ocean’s depths where mystery and discovery await! Join us as we explore some of the ocean’s deepest, darkest habitats, model hydrothermal vents, and create fluorescent fish.

Wednesday, April 8th - Funky Fish

Fish come in some funky shapes and colors! Join us for a mini biology lab featuring some of our funkiest fish specimens and get ready for a Tie-Dye color explosion as we decorate our camp T-shirts! We will also be taking a visit to our local tidepools today.

Thursday, April 9th - Fish Under Cover

Fish can be masters of camouflage, blending in to match sandy bottoms, green kelp forests, and black ocean depths. Join us for a fun camouflaging craft and (what you’ve all been waiting for…) a squid dissection! We will also be taking a visit to our local tidepools today.

Friday, April 10th - Jawsome Sharks

What more can be said? Sharks are awesome! They have unique adaptations that set them apart from other bony fish and are vital to keeping ocean ecosystems healthy.
