Science After Dark
Science After Dark is back!
This program is an adult lecture series at the Central Coast Aquarium. An evening for those 21 and older, held on the last Tuesday of each month, October through May.
2024 Speakers & Dates
- January 30: John Lindsey – waves, rains and coastal flooding
- February 27: Dr. Ashley Sobchuk-Hudson – sounds in the oceans and its effects on marine mammals
- March 26: Dr. Paul Sikkel – for the love of the Garibaldi, protecting our marine state fish of California
- April 30: Gena Bentall – Sea Otters
- May 28: Erin Johnston, research scientist, Cal Poly
Program Information
Join us from 6-6:45pm for local wine and heavy appetizers as you tour the aquarium. Coffee, tea and desserts to follow with our guest speaker beginning at 7pm
