Big Fish Little Fish

Big Fish Little Fish is a monthly event during the school year (October -May) designed just for preschoolers and their guardians to explore the aquarium. Ages 0-5 are welcome, lessons are tailored toward 2-5 year olds. This program offers hands-on animal encounters with creatures like sea stars and sea urchins, story time, sing-a-longs, games, and crafts. We have a different educational theme each month and use this unique setting to help make learning fun.

  • Join us the first Wednesday* of every month for new themes, activities, and marine science fun!
    • *With the exception of the January 8 & May 14th programs

Program Information

  • $20 for one participating child and up to two guardians 
  • All programs take place promptly from 10:00am – 11:00am
  • Doors open at 9:45am for check-in.
  • Please arrive before 10:00am to help us get started on time. Early arrivals will have 15 minutes of aquarium exploration time before the program
  • Doors lock promptly at 10:10am
  • Each program is capped at 24 participating children 
  • If a program has remaining spots available, day-of ticket purchases are permitted

Cancelation Policy

  • Please provide a minimum of one week courtesy notice if you are unable to attend to receive a full program refund
  • 50% refund issued within five days of program notice
  • Less than five days notice will not be refunded
